Funeral Services for Keith Powers, 53, Walters, OK were held at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2019. Interment in the Walters Cemetery.

Brian Keith Powers was born to Ronnie Lynn and Patty Ruth (Chemah) Powers on July 6, 1966 in Duncan, OK and departed this life in Walters, OK on December 25, 2019 at the age of 53 years, 5 months and 16 days.

Keith grew up at Walters graduating from WHS in 1984. He made his home in Temple working at Haggars before hiring on at Goodyear for a number of years. He eventually made his home back in Walters.

Keith enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting pool. He enjoyed a good laugh and spending time with family and friends. He loved his son, Kody Lynn.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Powers; and his grandmothers, Velva Jo Powers and Flossie Chemah Swinford.

Survivors include his mother, Patty Powers of Walters; his son Kody Powers of Holliday, TX; his brother and sister-inlaw, Monty and Wendy Powers of Walters and their daughter Allie; his sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Mark Kelley of Lubbock, TX and their son Joshua; other relatives and friends.
