Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Cotton County, and for the safety of Cotton County employees; the Cotton County Courthouse is closed effective November 30, 2020 to the public until further notice. The Board of County Commissioners will review the situation on a week by week basis. Persons needing to conduct business in the Courthouse may contact the following offices by telephone. Property taxes may be mailed to the Cotton County Treasurer’s Office.
