On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the home of Tong and Lisa Jiang and family, the owners of our local restaurant Tong’s arrived home after working a long full day to find their home had been completely ravaged and turned upside down. The incident has left he family emotionally and financially broken.
They have apologetically decided to close Tong’s until further notice to try to regroup and navigate through the process of healing and rebuilding their feelings of safety as well as assessing the situation. The family will keep everyone updated as they make decisions on what’s to come.
They stated they are very appreciative of all the support, prayers and kindness shown by the people of Walters during this difficult time and ask you to keep them in your prayers.
