Dillow, of Devol, celebrated her 90th birthday Saturday, December 16, in very good health. Her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Coe, of Kilgore, and a son, Lee Dillow and Mrs. Dillow, of Oklahoma City, were present.

Wm. L. Burton Monday announced that he had sold his barber shop to Vaughn L. (Jack) Jackson, of Duncan. Burton, who has been ill recently, said that he plans to keep working, but that the new arrangement will permit him greater freedom, and also provide a continuance of barbering service...Two Hastings high school vocal trios, fresh from a trophy winning spree at Ryan last month, entertained the Temple Chamber of Commerce at the April meeting Tuesday night. The girls were Cathy James, Patti Foster, Linda Frost, Jeanette Frost, Carolyn Freeman and Francis Beebe, accompanied by Mrs. Cecil Bentley at the piano.
