All enrollment for the 23-24 year will be online through the Wengage guardian portal. There will not be paper packets for enrollment. Online enrollment will be available at the end of July, the date will be posted when it is available. You will be required to upload the student’s birth certificate, updated shot record and social security card -- this is required for all students (new and returning). The enrollment process takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you need some help with online enrollment we will have staff available to help. In addition to the uploaded documents, new students are required to bring a hard copy of proof of residency and a transcript, report card or withdrawal form from the previous school.
Enrollment information is listed below for each building: WALTERS HIGH SCHOOL
Online enrollment assistance -- Tuesday, Aug. 1, 11:00-5:30 & Wednesday, Aug. 2, 8:00-11:00 WHS Orientation for grades 9-12 will be Tuesday, Aug. 1, 6:30 pm in the Auditorium.
WHS class supply lists will be given to students the first week of school. All WHS students need to bring: ream of white copy paper, calculator (Model TI-30XIIS) if enrolled in math or science, box of tissue.
WALTERS MIDDLE SCHOOL
Online enrollment assistance days -- Wednesday, Aug. 2, 1:00- 6:00 7th grade students are required to have an updated TDAP vaccine -- this needs to be done before the online enrollment process. The updated shot record will have to be uploaded at the time of enrollment.
WMS students need to bring paper and pencil on the first day of class. Students will receive supply lists during the first week of school.
WALTERS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Online enrollment assistance day - Thursday, Aug. 3, 8:00-3:00 Kindergarten children must be 5 before September 1, 2023 Pre-K children must be 4 before September 1, 2023 (Pre-K space may be limited, make sure all uploaded information and documents are updated. Only those with a completed enrollment will go on the list).
