Funeral Services at First Baptist Church, Walters, OK, Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Wes Kinder officiating with burial and Military Honors in the Walters Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home.

Paris Xavier Billen was born to Xavier Henry and Dorothy Lee (Cranford) Billen on July 13, 1949 in Ardmore, Oklahoma and departed this life in Lawton, Oklahoma on March 11, 2024 at the age of 74 years, 7 months and 27 days.

Paris grew up in Walters, Oklahoma, attending Walters Public Schools and graduating in 1968. After High School, he served in the Army. Paris was a cowboy. For the majority of his life, he farmed and ranched which was his passion. He served as the foreman of Scherler Farms for over 40 years.

Paris loved his children and his grandchildren and bragged on them every chance he got. In his younger years, he loved to rodeo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Xavier and Dorothy Billen; his son, Jason Billen; his brother, Nick Billen; his uncle, Elvis Billen; other aunts and uncles.

Survivors include 7 children, Adam Billen and wife Danah, Joseph Billen and wife Rhonda, David Billen and wife Courtney, Bambi Whitmore and husband Nick, John Billen and wife Lindsey, Amber Billen and Kenny Northrip, and Aaron Billen and wife Britni; his siblings, Margaret and Steve Davis, Danny and Maria Trichell, and Georgene Devine; grandchildren, Joseph and Lanna Billen, Ethan Billen, Erica Lee, Miranda Lemen, Kaylynn, Christian and Kynsley Billen, Landrie Whitmore, Blair and Blayn Wells, Breanna, Lila and Blakely Billen, Krissy, Michael and Riley Northrip, Kayden, Lexi, Easton and Braedon Billen; 5 great grandchildren; his best friend, Linda Lynch; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
