Each month the teachers will vote for one member of a class as an outstanding student. They nominate students based upon attendance; helpfulness; grades; contribution to the classroom, students and the school in general; and one that represents WHS. Each student will receive a gift certificate from local restaurants or businesses as their appreciation to students that work hard in school. 4 grades (9, 10, 11 & 12) are represented and then one lucky winner will be chosen from a bucket with the remainder of the names from all classes.
