Temple has started a youth wrestling club, this is their first year.
The team had a great first year coming home with several Championships, at the National Tournaments and State Championships.
Thomas Cisneroz - 37 pounds, along with Carson Jones - 85 pounds, won champion at the U.S. Jr. Championship, along with Kaidence Wilson - 50 pounds, 3rd place and Stephenie Griffith - 75 pounds, 6th place.
At the Tulsa Nationals both Thomas and Carson were Runner-Up; Kaidence Wilson,3rd place and Jonathan Sutterfield, 4th place.
State Championship - Carson and Thomas won Championship; Johnathan Sutterfield, 4th place and Erik Roy, 5th place.
Thomas is ranked #2 in the country.
