Altus-Lugert: June 22. Elevation below normal, water mid-70s and clear. Channel catfish good on cut bait, minnows, stinkbait and worms below the dam, along flats, river channel and river mouth. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, shad and punch bait in the main lake and around points. Saugeye good trolling crankbaits and plastic baits in 6-10 ft. of water.
