Never Doubt Phil Punxsutawney The Ground Hog!

Saturday, February 13, winter hit with a bang! It was 17 degrees most of the day! Streets in Walters were pretty bare and everyone was staying in to stay warm. Little did we know that Sunday, Valentines day would be much colder and a surprise of 6 1/2 inches of snow.

Many kids and adults enjoyed the snow thoughout Walters!
