On July 6, 2020, at approximately 2321 hours, Cotton County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the Loves in Randlett, Ok. The Clerk reported that she had been robbed at gun point by a Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie. It was soon determined from another witness that four suspects fled Loves in a green late 90’s model Chevy Tahoe. All surrounding agencies in both Oklahoma and Texas were notified. Sheriff Tim King, Undersheriff Gary Whittington, Captain Teague Liming, Deputy Bill Rhodes, Walters Police Department and Oklahoma Department of Wildlife responded to various locations from Loves north towards Lawton, Oklahoma and south towards Burkburnett, Texas.

Within approximately 30 minutes, the four suspects were taken into custody by Cotton County Deputies without incident and are currently incarcerated in the Cotton County Jail.

July 12, 2020 at approximately 1530 hours, Cotton County Sheriffs Office received a report of a large amount oftrash bags in Cache Creek west of County Road 2560 and 1850. Sheriff Tim King, Deputy Stranahan and Deputy Hedges arrived on scened and located approximately 12 large trash bags full of marijuana planet wishing approximately 10-15 pounds.

The marijuana will be sent to OSBI for destruction after the investigation is complete.
