The Cotton County Art Council Hosting Book Signing Party For Walters Native Dr. Bob Palmer

The Cotton County Art Council is proud to be hosting a book signing party for our famous Walters native Dr. Bob (Bobby) Palmer who has published a book showing the many murals he has painted throughout Oklahoma. Now, when we see a mural, we can look to see if it is a "Palmer" creation. Walters is blessed that we have several murals painted by Dr. Palmer.
