Robby Lynn Milburn, a resident of Waurika, OK passed away Sunday afternoon, July 24, 2016 in Jefferson County Memorial Hospital, following a sudden illness. He was 64 years old. A funeral service was held Wednesday, July 27th at 2:00 p.m. at the Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. Burial, with full military honors followed at Fairlawn Cemetery, under direction of Comanche Funeral Home. Viewing was Tuesday 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until service time. Robby was born August 21, 1951, the son of Archie E. Milburn and Wanda M. Gilger. He was a graduate of Temple High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He loved walking his dog. Robby was an avid OU football fan, he also loved gardening. He always looked forward to spending time with his nieces and nephews, other family members, and friends. Survivors include one sister, Terri Cobbs and husband Mike, Comanche; two nieces: Belinda McCoy and husband Shane, Duncan, and Sheena Mello and husband David, Duncan; one nephew, Michael Cobbs and wife Terri, Duncan; a great niece, Kearsty McCoy, and two great nephews: Brian McCoy and Ryan Cobbs; and “Rudy” his dog, and constant companion; and many cousins, and other close relatives and friends. Robby was preceded in death by his parents. Serving as pallbearers will be Brian McCoy, Michael Cobbs, Frank Hamula, David Mello, Shane McCoy, and Mike Pierce.
