The Association of Mature American Citizens says a study among thousands of Americans planning for retirement conducted by Fidelity Investments and the Stanford Center on Longevity shows that nearly half of them don’t care how much money they’ll need in order to stop working. Forty-nine percent of 12,000 people who were polled said they would retire at a specific time of their choosing.
